鋅和汞同屬ⅡB族元素兩者化學(xué)性質(zhì)有一定相似性,能互相競爭抑制而相互置換。目前環(huán)境汞污染日益嚴(yán)重,孕婦和胎兒是最容易受危害的群體。有研究發(fā)現(xiàn)孕期汞暴露與新生兒體質(zhì)量呈負(fù)相關(guān),高汞暴露孕婦不良妊娠結(jié)局(早產(chǎn)、胎膜早破、小于胎齡兒)的發(fā)生率更高。因此,如何防治汞的胚胎毒性,對優(yōu)生優(yōu)育具有重要指導(dǎo)意義。研究表明,甲基汞可以通過激活ASK1/NK信號通路引起細(xì)胞凋亡。同時治療組胎盤組織的細(xì)胞凋亡率、促凋亡蛋白Bax的表達(dá)均較病例組下降,而凋亡抑制蛋白Bc-2 的表達(dá)則較病例組升高,表明鋅(乳酸鋅Zinc Lactate、氨基酸螯合鋅Zinc Amino Acid Chelate、精氨酸鋅Zinc Arginate)可能通過調(diào)控凋廣相關(guān)蛋白Bcl-2/Bax的表達(dá)而抑制細(xì)胞凋亡,從而拮抗汞對孕婦及胎兒的毒性作用。

Zinc and mercury belong to the same group of B elements. They have certain similarities in chemical properties and can compete and inhibit each other and replace each other. At present, environmental mercury pollution is becoming increasingly serious, and pregnant women and fetuses are the most vulnerable groups. Studies have found that mercury exposure during pregnancy is negatively correlated with the weight of newborns, and the incidence of adverse pregnancy outcomes (premature birth, premature rupture of membranes, and small for gestational age) is higher in pregnant women with high mercury exposure. Therefore, how to prevent and control the embryotoxicity of mercury is of great guiding significance for eugenics. Studies have shown that methylmercury can cause cell apoptosis by activating the ASK1/NK signaling pathway. At the same time, the apoptosis rate and expression of the pro-apoptotic protein Bax in the placenta tissue of the treatment group were lower than those in the case group, while the expression of the apoptosis inhibitor protein Bc-2 was higher than that in the case group, indicating that zinc (zinc lactate, zinc amino acid chelate, zinc arginine) may inhibit apoptosis by regulating the expression of apoptosis-related protein Bcl-2/Bax, thereby antagonizing the toxic effects of mercury on pregnant women and fetuses.
