谷氨酸鋅Zinc Glutamate的應(yīng)用

谷氨酸鋅是谷氨酸與鋅形成的螯合物，與硫酸鋅比較，具有味感好，口服吸收快，生物利用度高，對(duì)胃刺激性小，在體內(nèi)鋅不易蓄積等優(yōu)點(diǎn)，是補(bǔ)鋅的理想藥物。有研究者對(duì)正常家兔分別灌服及靜脈注射谷氨酸鋅和葡萄糖酸鋅，用原子吸收分光光度法測(cè)定血清中鋅的濃度，口服谷氨酸鋅和葡萄糖酸鋅在家兔體內(nèi)的藥動(dòng)學(xué)過(guò)程均符合開(kāi)放型一室模型，靜脈注射谷氨酸鋅和葡萄糖酸鋅在家兔體內(nèi)的藥動(dòng)學(xué)過(guò)程均符合開(kāi)放型二室模型?？诜劝彼徜\較葡萄糖酸鋅吸收快，達(dá)峰時(shí)間短，是較好的補(bǔ)鋅制劑。肝臟疾病患者長(zhǎng)期服用鋅劑時(shí)，可使血中谷氨酸含量下降而不利于該類(lèi)疾病患者的康復(fù)，但谷氨酸鋅能克服這一缺點(diǎn)，因而其作為肝臟疾病的治療或輔助治療藥物尤為合適。目前，已成功地研制出復(fù)方谷氨酸鋅口服液、復(fù)方谷氨酸鋅口腔膜劑、復(fù)方谷氨酸鋅腸道外營(yíng)養(yǎng)劑、谷氨酸鋅凝膠劑、谷氨酸鋅滴眼液、谷氨酸鋅殼聚糖滴眼液等，主要用于痤瘡、脂溢性皮炎、口腔潰瘍、幼兒厭食癥等疾病治療，取得了比較滿(mǎn)意的效果。如臨床應(yīng)用谷氨酸鋅滴眼液治療結(jié)膜炎、角膜炎、沙眼患者共44例，總有效率達(dá)95.2%。與硫酸鋅滴眼液相比，具有療效好、療程短、無(wú)刺激性等優(yōu)點(diǎn)。
